Therefore, we carefully pre-screen our potential caregivers to ensure that each is capable of delivering unparalleled care and service. We truly value you, our caregivers, and encourage you to develop your skills to better serve those in your care.
Applicants must, first and foremost, possess compassion for the elderly. The elderly population in our community is in desperate need of help to maintain their independence. Many of our elderly have worked hard their entire lives and now live on fixed incomes. Many have also lived very modest lives, so that they have the ability to take care of themselves without being a burden to their children. They have scrimped and saved money, and now when they require assistance after helping so many others through life, Freedom at Home will strive to provide that assistance.
We realize that it's a difficult part of life to ask for help, so when the time comes and we have a client that requires care, we want to be the company that stands apart from others by consistently providing quality care. Our clients deserve to be treated with the dignity, respect, kindness, and compassion that they've earned throughout the course of their lives. Therefore, our employment requirements are very specific and thorough:
Valid Drivers License
Reliable Car/Proof of Insurance
1-Year Experience or Willingness to Learn
Clean Criminal Background Check
Ability to Pass a Drug Screen
Kindness, Compassion, Patience
2 Reference Checks
2-Step TB Test within Past Year
